Das Ferienhaus kann nur Wochenweise in der Hochsaison (Juni bis August inkl.) von Samstag ab 15:00 Uhr bis darauf folgenden Samstag 10:00 Uhr gemietet sein. In den anderen Jahreszeiten das Haus kann auf einer täglichen Basis gemietet sein.
Das Haus ist für maximal 6 Personen. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Rauchen im Haus ist nicht erlaubt.
Das Haus ist mit Decken, Kissen, Geschirr und Besteck sowie Schränke ausgestattet.
Preise verstehen sich ohne die Endreinigungsgebühr
Die Buchung ist bei E-Mail, Telefon oder Brief möglich. Die Anzahlung muss spätestens 4 Tagen nach der Buchung bezahlt werden.
Die Mietzahlung muss spätestens 30 Tagen vor Mietbeginn beim Vermieter eingetroffen sein. Die ausbleibende Mietzahlung kann verursachen, dass das Dispositionsrecht über das Ferienhaus wieder zum Vermieter zurückgeht.
