This lovely cottage is in a lovely tranquil setting where you can enjoy the silence while watching the morning sun rise above the horizon from one terrace or enjoying the evening sun in the water from the other terrace.

The house is situated for yourself, so there is ample opportunity to enjoy the view of the water, almost all around the house. Look directly over to Omø. Look at Langeland, or on the Great Belt Bridge, which is a little further away.

Enjoy the sight of the many beautiful ships sailing through both Omøsund and the Great Belt, or spot a guinea pigs coming up for air if you are lucky.

The house is located on Agersø, an island in the middle of Great Belt, 10km south of the Great Belt Bridge.

There are many facilities at Agersø, including nature center, Agersø kro, harbor, fishing possibilities, restaurants etc. In addition there is a grocery shop with a bakery. The romantic trip with the ferry to Agersø takes only 15min, and there are 16 departures each way a day, ie there is ample opportunity to take a trip to the "mainland" eg. Copenhagen or Knuthenborg.

The house is recently renovated and contains:

During the winter period heating with heat pump takes place for floor heating on the ground floor and radiator on the 1st floor.
There is also a stove for heating rooms in the winter period.

The house sits on a large lot with large lawn.
There is a terrace to the east, where you can enjoy the morning sun (possibly watch the sunrise) and enjoy the breakfast, and there is a terrace to the west where you can enjoy the evening sun (and watch the sunset over the water)

Do you have a penchant for fishing, there is ample opportunity for this. For example, is "næbbet" only 300m from the house where there is ample opportunity to catch salmon.
