New built exciting summerhouse with a hall, scullery, and big kitchen/living room, 2 bathrooms (one of them with sauna), 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 small bedrooms with extension bed for 2 persons, bedroom with bunk bed for 2 persons. At 1st floor, hemsen, living room with 2 further beds. There is a TV on both floors. Satellite with among other things German channels. Dishwasher, microwave, stove (and firewood), washing machine, and tumble drier. The entire floor in house is with clinker, and has under floor heating. There is a double carport right now. There is also a guesthouse, which you can rent for extra charge. It can’t be rented separately.

The garden consists partly of forest; there is a big patio around the house, which is towards east and south. And there is a grass area for ballgames, playing, or just to lie and relax.
