Golf course a few km. therefrom. Quaint eateries and riding school in the area. In the house there, sun room, living room with fireplace with free firewood, kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower. For reasons of allergies, smoking and pets are not allowed. Deer often come close to the house. Bicycles can benefit Allowed, there is a lovely walk through the forest to the beach.
