User profile: Niels Mogensen

I (Niels) grew up in Viborg, while my wife (Gunhild) was born on Sams�. We have both lived our entire adult lives in Viborg. I have been on Sams� since 2008. In 2011 we decided to build a new main house and in 2022 we built a new barn (Annex). In 2020 we moved to Sams� ourselves, where we have lived since. We are both active retirees and spend most of our time on the house and garden. In 2012 we started renting out the holiday apartment on the 1st floor. Ever since then we have had many nice guests visit us. We both care about everything working and cleaning, so that the apartment always looks like new.
