My wife and I have built a house in 2007 and have chosen to rent out to families who need good facilities in a quiet area. There is a nice sea view from the house and the opportunity for good walks along the water and in the forest. - We make a lot of effort to ensure that the house is in order when we hand over to our guests and have always experienced that our guests similarly leave our house in very good condition.
