THE HOUSE + the annex is 137 m2 and can accommodate 8 adults and 2 small children. There is free Wi-Fi.
The house is ideally divided as two of the bedrooms are on the other side of the hall. This provides a reassuring feeling when small children need to sleep. There is underfloor heating in the hall and in the two bathrooms.
The living room with kitchen area has a heat pump, which provides cost-effective heating and can regulate the temperature, as well as a new wood stove.
The kitchen is well equipped and the living room is nicely furnished. The house has two covered and three open terraces with good garden furniture, loungers, parasol and barbecue.
From the house and the property you have a view of the dunes on the North Sea.

INDOOR ACTIVITIES: The houses have a hot tub and an attached activity room with a Søren Søgaard table for billiards and pool, a table football table and an air hockey table. (A chip at the key gives everyone free access to the water park in Hvide Sande Swimming Pool)

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: At the house there is a petanque court, a trampoline, 2 swings, a slide and 2 sandpits. In the annex there is ladder golf, a king game, a round ball set and a hockey game for use at the house.
On the common area 45 meters to the west with path access there is a ball field with two handball goals, a basketball court and a very large swing. About 1 km to the east is a playground with many play equipment also for smaller children.

THE GROUND: The ground area is 2,500 m2 and is located on a hill with a view of the ball field and the dunes by the North Sea. The neighboring houses are completely shielded with trees and bushes.

LOCATION: The house is centrally located but still quiet, close to the North Sea and numerous activity options.
It is only 3.5 km to the new large tropical water park Aquadome in Lalandia near Søndervig. Tickets can be purchased for this if they are not sold out.
A few km. In the area there is adventure golf, mini golf, windsurfing, sketching, beach bowl, tennis, water skiing and horse riding. West of Ringkøbing you can visit the new Naturkraft adventure park, which offers insight and experience with the forces of nature and climate change.
