Large and green oasis, filled with undisturbed sunbathing areas, eating places etc. Covered terrace with wonderful evening sun. 300 m. to a lovely and child-friendly beach. Overall, there is generally peace and quiet and the opportunity to enjoy the silence. Here time stands still and the batteries can be recharged.
The house has a living room, kitchen, hallway, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and childrens room with 4 beds and bunk beds primarily for play. In the 2 new annexes, there are large double beds. We recommend a maximum of 6 people. Weekend bed with high sides for children.
Kitchen with almost everything, but no dishwasher.
Close to forest, nature/bird reserve (Stensnæs), Impressive and large salt meadow, overgrown dunes with horsetail and heather. The hiking trail Nordøststien goes through the dunes and connects north and south. Plenty of hiking opportunities.

Dogs allowed by arrangement, but they may not be furniture and beds. There is light fencing.
Hammock and small sandbox with sink and water.

Die Reinigung ist im Preis enthalten, aber das Haus muss ordentlich geliefert werden, dann übernehmen wir die Endreinigung.
Die Kaution von 334 euro wird zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung geleistet, und die 200 euro sind für die Reservierung vorgesehen und können bei Zahlung der Miete abgezogen werden ( 1004 - 200 = 804 euro). Der verbleibende Betrag von 804 euro muss spätestens 3 Wochen vor Ankunft gezahlt werden.
Die 134 euro (334 - 200) sind eine Kaution für den Stromverbrauch und eventuelle Schäden. und fehlende Aufräummaßnahmen. Der Überschuss wird spätestens 3 Tage nach Abfahrt ausgezahlt.
Wenn Sie ankommen, gibt es einen Hinweis darauf, wo sich der Stromzähler befindet, sodass Sie selbst nachsehen können. Der Strompreis hängt vom Tagespreis ab, aber erwarten Sie 0,27 euro pro kW.
Feuerholz kann nach Vereinbarung verwendet werden.
Es gibt Stromstecker, Euro-Stecker mit 16 Ampere, und man kann ein eigenes Ladegerät mitbringen, wenn man ein Elektroauto hat. Aber es erfordert eine Vereinbarung, das zu nutzen.
Bettwäsche ist für 6 Personen verfügbar, und die gebrauchten müssen beim Verlassen des Hauses in einer Tasche mitgegeben werden.
Aber denk an Handtücher selbst.
