The house is located at Stødby Beach 12 km south of Nakskov close to the beach and forests. The house is close to a lot of the major sights of Lolland, fx. Knuthenborg,Lalandia, Maribo seas, Veterantrain, Nakskov Fiord and the ferry to Germany with bordershop, shopping opportunities and Hansapark.

The main house is 62 square meters and includes a large living room, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, bathroom with showerand washing machine, bedroom with double bed (180x200) and separat entrance door and childrens room with bunk beds (70x200).

The guesthouse contains a IKEA Hemnes bed (pull-out) (160 cm) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The main house is equipped with 32 "flat-screen TV, satellitebox, DVD player, radio/CD player and free WI-FI (including in the rental price).

In the garden you will find garden furniture, reclining chairs, grill etc. for free use. The house is also equipped with 2 adult bikes.

There is approx. 75 meters to the beach, where there is a jetty you can swim from.

The cottage is located 12 km from Nakskov and 5 km from Dannemare. In Dannemare there is a nice supermarket, a bakery and various small stands with seasonal fruit and vegetables.

In Nakskov - in addition to a number of varied shops on the pedestrian street - you will find all types of supermarkets (Netto, Lidl, Aldi, Fakta, Meny, Kvickly).

On the town square in Nakskov you can find the Tourist Information. Here you can get brochures about sights and attractions on Lolland and Falster, including the mail boat to the island "Enehøje" and the nature reserve "Albuen".

In Nakskov and at the neighboring beaches, there are good restaurants and cafés.
