Auf 3 Seiten des Hauses sind schöne Terrassen angelegt und der Garten, der auf der Rückseite des Hauses liegt, ist abgeschirmt und ungestört. Im Dezemeber 2025 wurde eine neue Küche eingebaut.

Rauchen ist nicht zugelassen.
