Draußen auf dem großen Naturgrundstück gibt es viel Platz für verschiedene Outdoor-Aktivitäten und Ballspiele. An heißen Sommertagen können Sie angenehmen Schatten unter den Bäumen suchen. Vom Grundstück aus gelangt man über kleine Trampelpfade und Wege direkt ans nahe Strandufer.
