Sie wohnen hier auf einem großen Naturgrundstück. Zum Meer sind es nur 100 m Luftlinie. Im Außenbereich findet man eine offene Terrassenfläche, auf dem auch ein Grill zur Verfügung steht. Zudem gibt verschiedene Arten von Gartenspielen, mit denen man draußen vergnügen können.
