Das Haus liegt zudem nur wenige Meter von der deutsch-dänischen Grenze entfernt. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Gasthof, falls ihr einmal auswärts essen möchtet. Unternehmt einen Ausflug durch die südjütische Natur und besucht Møgeltønder und das Schloss oder macht einen Tagesausflug zur Ferieninsel Rømø, die im "Nationalpark Wattenmeer" liegt.

Rauchen ist nicht zugelassen.
