Es wurde im Jahre 1900 gebaut, im Laufe der Jahre mehrmals renoviert und ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Zum Haus gehören eine große, in Richtung Westen gelegene Terrasse sowie eine schöne, überdachte und vor dem Wind geschützte Terrasse. Beachten Sie bitte, daß das eine Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist (siehe Grundriss).

Rauchen ist nicht zugelassen.

Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen, in denen alle 15-25 Jahre sind.
