LYKKEBO a star at the Sea
10 km beach just 60 meters from the ground. Ocean views from almost every room. A particular house that is VERY popular. A personal house with lights and colors that makes impressions.”Lykkebo” is built in the late 30s along with two other beach houses by people from the village Nordby 1500 meters to the north. The houses were built before the 100 meter building line was established and is therefore unique located to the sea. The plot lies with its entire northern boundary to the protected meadow and the whole plot is located in front of the 100 meter building line. The house is a brick house in 2 levels and is continually refurbished, for example a new kitchen in 2005 and new bathroom in 2010. The house is NOT a typical rental house. Rooms: the 115 m2 is used for 9 rooms as follows: Bedrooms: Ground floor: One bedroom 14m2 with 140x200 bed and direct access to the west terrace. In addition a sofa (which is actually a 170x200 pullout bed - for unexpected guests). Ground floor is handicap friendly with recessed bottom pieces of the doors. An alcove in the living room. The bed - an antique Samsø bed - is not for adults and are not included in the house sleeps 6. 1. Floor: bedroom of 16 m2 to the east with direct access to the veranda of 16m2. Bed 170x200 cm. Room of 8 m2 with two single beds of 70x200. Bath and toilet: The ground floor bathroom with toilet and shower. Underfloor heating and washing machine. There is plenty of room for disabled persons with shower 90x120 and the floor is having unilaterally decline to a 90 cm Unidrain. We have a disabled person in the family and had this in mind during the recent renovation (2010). Additional separate toilet-room. KITCHEN: The ground floor north facing with views to the protected meadows and sea. The kitchen is well equipped with "everything", including fridge, freezer, electric stove, dishwasher, hand mixer and much more. LIVING ROOM: The rooms are bright with natural light from all 4 corners of the world. Living room with dining area to the north and to the south a desk - here is the house located notebook with wireless internet - there are also a cable if you are bringing your own notebook. To the west is the alcove with library and exit to the terrace.To the east is the room with double-glazed windows to the ceiling and television (a classic B & O TV that has served us for decades) showing a lot of Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and German channels from the installed broadband. The living room also has a new (certified) Contura wood burning stove with glass on 3 sides TERRACES: West and south of the house is about 70 m2 wooden terrace - equipped with some sunbeds, reclining chairs and a lot of other chairs, tables and sunshade (parasol). Further, as mentioned 16 m2 terrace at first floor. To the east on the plot is a 9 m2 pavilion with chairs and table. SHACK: To the northwest lies a 9 m2 shed with several barbeques, 4 bicycles (which are maintained by the users and oars for rowboat at sea.
