For those of you who want a quiet holiday, and not for those of you who think you should party for a week in my house, just scroll on?
Although older renovated cottage from 1964 with heat pump / aircon and wood stove. There are also electric radiators if they are to be used. The house is filled with pastel, soul and beautiful flea finds. There is no TV package in the house, but in return there is wifi and a smart TV with Apple TV, which you can log on to with your own streaming services - remember to log out again.
The house is 5 - 10 minutes walk from the best sandy beach, which is very child friendly. There are three bicycles for free use, two regular and a tandem - there are bicycle locks in the house. Maybe the bikes can find their way to the most delicious ice house / grill bar by Bjerge Sydstrand very close, namely Fredskovens Ishus (they are on FB, where there are also opening hours and the season's menu). The cottage also has a paddle table, and plenty of games, books and toys.
The house is 15 minutes drive from Super Brugsen and Fakta in Ubby, and 25 minutes drive from Kalundborg, which has a lot of nice places to eat.
There is NO dishwasher and washing machine, but in return there is so much tranquility that you might enjoy washing up by hand while watching deer and squirrels in the garden. There is feed in buckets for free use to attract more wildlife.
The house is located on an enclosed plot, and there is plenty of opportunity for play, and there are swings for the little ones. There is a beautiful terrace where there is a gas grill for free use. (Gas can be purchased at the nearest tank five minutes away).
There is also a small ball grill, if you prefer the traditional. There is also a super nice campfire dish, so feel free to make puff pastry. The house has a mixer, and all sorts of other kitchen machines as well as baking equipment. There will be baking paper, spices and plastic bags (I always forget it, and even think it's great when the house has it). There is waste sorting in the area, but it's on the bins by the driveway - it's pretty easy.
There is firewood for free use.
The house is 85 sqm2, and in addition to that, there is an associated conservatory - in total, the house's living area is 102 sqm2.
The house is divided as follows, where you will meet on the right:
Bedroom 1: 1½ man bed
Bedroom 2: 1½ man bed and an adult size bunk bed.
The bedrooms are in context, ie. one goes through one to get to the other, but it is separated by a closed door.
When you go to the left, you meet the living room and the kitchen, as well as a small utility room where there is a refrigerator with freezer.
There is a bathroom with toilet - and a small water heater.
In the conservatory there is a sofa bed and there are also two duvets as well as pillows for this.
If you, like me, are tired of having your own bed linen and towels, you can rent a linen package for DKK 75 per person. person (number to be stated when booking). The package consists of the following:
