On the 1st floor there is a children's room and a landing that can function as an extra playroom. In addition, there is a large master bedroom.
Note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a bit steep, so not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
Private parking on the side of the house (best suited for smaller cars, otherwise there is street parking).
The house has been under renovation, so there may be a few small things that are still missing a little finish.
Enjoy the sun on the terrace, buy fresh fish at the harbor or visit one of the 4 nearby fish restaurants. There is also a supermarket and a pizzeria 200 meters away.
