Very nice cottage with hot tub, at Amtoft not far from Thisted. The house is situated on a very large plot surrounded by trees and with only approx. 250m to the fjord, where there is a jetty and good fishing. It is open and covered patio area with garden furniture and sunbeds. The house is open to the ridge and wood floors, but carpets in the rooms. Bathroom with spa and shower, washing machine.

The kitchen include equipped with cooker, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher with access to the terrace. Open kitchen with living room.
The living room with sofa, TV with satellite, DVD player, stereo with CD player.
Bedrooms on 2 rooms with double bed and 1 room with double sofa bed. For qm's cot, high chair, sandpit, swing and trampoline. TV and DVD player available in all bedrooms. A lovely cottage in beautiful surroundings near the shallows which is Scandinavia's largest bird sanctuary and National Park Thy ranging from Agger in the south to Hanstholm in the north.
Heating with pellet stove, solar and heat pump.
Large undisturbed terrace part of it is covered. You can always find shelter from the wind. There are small cozy corners rounded around the 2300kvm big reason. Here there are good opportunities to play with swings, sandpit and trampolin.
