The house is situated in a quiet cottage area just a stone's throw from Funen beautiful beach that stretches as far as the eye and invites you to take a swim or a walk in the beautiful scenery or maybe just a walk in the ice cream parlor.

Do not miss the beautiful sunsets ON THE BEACH WITH THE GRILL and the trimmings, the kids love it.
Ta bikes and take a trip into the nearby town Otterup and experience the holiday mood of this cozy village environment with a rich variety of shops to sweeten your stay as well as the weekly market day.

For children and adults water dogs, it TROPICAL WATERLAND definitely worth a visit, it is finished in a Viking theme with multiple slides inside and out.

The immediate area also offers plenty of opportunities for fishing, a trip along the peninsula Enebærodde out to the gap where the flow and the deep water provides ideal conditions for sea trout, or just by the beach, leaning back with a sandworm on the hook for a plaice for dinner table.
Nearby there is also a football field with real goals that certainly offers a football game with other travelers during the summer months.

The house kitchen / living room section contains a natural focal point for fun around cooking or just pure relaxation. For days there mostly for indoor activities, the family can gather around the stove and socialize with some board games.
The land is bordered by a beautiful hedge which safeguard privacy and in the garden there is ample opportunity for expression of diverse activities such as croquet, soccer, swing, sandkasseleg and trampolining. The warm summer evenings can be spent on the large terrace and while the children play in the garden can enjoy the evening sun go down behind the horizon. ADVANTAGES TO CHOOSE JUST OUR HOUSE VERSUS A WHOLE DOWN ON THE BEACH:

-Very Major reason. Space to adults and children can romp on.

-Good Parking. Double private parking, no dents and scratches from passing cars and bikes.

-Fred And quiet at the cottage. Better option for privacy without extraneous. Always many passersby on the beach dikes in front of the houses and the noise and dust from cars and not least the gulls are crying.

-Løsgående Children and animals can be safe. We live at the bottom of a blind alley.

-Læ The wind. Often it actually feels quite cold at the beach. Our entire grounds are surrounded by a dense beech hedge that gives true good shelter from the wind.

-Sol On the terrace throughout the day. Since the house is 250m from the water, we have chosen to turn the terrace to the south and not north as the houses down by the water.

-Just Forget to lock your bike or car! At the beach houses have to think more about what has been standing out because obviously many people come over, otherwise burglary statistics less by the little "cheaper" subdivisions.

-reduced In rent. Last but not least it is somewhat cheaper to rent a house not located directly on the water.
