My name is Morten Nielsen. I am the owner of the summer house Slap a, which has been in the familys possession since 1958.
I live in Odense and work in Haderslev.
Originally, Slap a consisted of three German railway wagons which were placed and used as a summer house. Up through 1960 and 1970 they were renovated and expanded. In 2003, the family built a new and up-to-date year-round summer house, which is continuously maintained and renovated.
It is my hope and wish that you, as a tenant, will enjoy our lovely Slap a and the fantastic location with a view of Genner bay and the forests on Loejt land. That you will enjoy the beach, the bridge, the water and the terrace and that you will take care of our house and furnishings.
That you will observe general rules for peace and order and take my good neighbors into account. That you will sort your waste and show environmentally conscious behavior when using electricity and water.
In return, I will provide a high level of service and expect you to contact me as soon as possible if challenges or problems arise, so that I can make your stay perfect and you will want to visit Slap a again.
