Well-located, newer and spacious holiday home close to the sea for rent by a private landlord. Only 30 meters to one of Funens best bathing beaches, and with plenty of nature and activity opportunities close by. Take a nice walk on Enebærodde, visit Hofmansgave or just relax on the beach or on one of the houses many sun-facing terraces. Our 100 m2 large house is insulated for all year use with energy-friendly heating and contains a large living room in combination with a kitchen/dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - one with a SPA and a large entrance/utility with sink and washing machine. There is really good space for 6 people, but with 2 extra sleeping places in the loft, you can easily sleep 8 by agreement.
Nearby there is mini golf, playgrounds and a swimming pool. Nearest cities – Otterup 7 km and Odense 28 km

Die Mietdauer läuft von Samstag, 15 Uhr, bis zum darauffolgenden Samstag, 10 Uhr. Das Sommerhaus wird nur an Privatfamilien vermietet.
Das Ferienhaus muss gereinigt übergeben werden, damit es für den Nachmieter bereit steht. Alternativ kann vereinbart werden, dass wir die Endreinigung gegen eine Gebühr von 1000 DKK oder 140 Euro durchführen.
Verbrauch - Strom und Wasser, separat abgerechnet. Machen Sie sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abreise ein Foto des Stromzählers und des Wasserzählers. Brennholz kann an mehreren Orten in Hasmark und Otterup gekauft werden.
Bringen Sie Ihre eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher mit.
Eine Stornierung ist bis 2 Wochen vor Anreise kostenfrei möglich, danach ist die volle Zahlung fällig.
