charming cottage in the natural paradise Tibirke Sand near lake and beach

Location and facilities The holiday home is located on top of Zealand NNW of and near Denmark's largest lake, Arresø, and not far from one of the best beaches by Kattegat. The cottage is undisturbed situated in the cottage area "Tibirke Sand" on a 2100 m2 well kept natural ground with trees and shrubs. Tibirke Sand is located south of the main road 205 and halfway between the towns Frederiksværk and Helsinge, near the tourist reorts Asserbo, Liseleje and Tisvildeleje and the Nature park "The King's North Zealand". Copenhagen is only about 50 minutes by car from the cottage.

All year round insulated log house for 5 people. The cottage is well furnished with modern furniture and includes:2 bedrooms, each with two beds, 23 m2 living room with a sofa bed and an open kitchen, stove, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, washing machine, fireplace, electric panels, satellite dish, color TV, DVD player, stereo radio, internet, hot and cold running water, toilet and bathroom, vacuum and roofed terrace. For outdoor use there is also garden furniture, barbecue and bicycles. The cottage area "Tibirke Sand" Tibirke Sand is a beautiful 2 km2 cottage and natural area located in Gribskov Municipality bounded on the north by Frederiksværk Way (205) and Tisvilde Hegn (forest), East and south of Arresø and west of the municipal boundary to Halsnæs Municipality. The area has a very distinguished position among the large protected areas Tibirke Bakker (heather hills) against the North and Ryengen (meadow) by Arresøen against South. Moreover, limits range up to National Park "Kongernes Nordsjælland" (Kings North Zealand), which besides Arresø and Tisvilde Hegn includes Gribskov (forest) and Esrum lake. Tibirke Sand is located 7 km from the towns Frederiksværk against the west and 8 km from Helsinge towards the east. The area is located 2 km from the tourist resort Asserbo with particular Asserbo ruined castle and 5-6 km from the seaside and holiday towns by Kattegat, Liseleje and Tisvildeleje. Natural paradise Tibirke Sand has a forest-like character and consists of large natural grounds with trees and shrubs and clearings with grass and flowers. The holiday home is in good harmony with nature, so that residents perceive to be in deep forests, quiet calm. Tibirke Sand is a paradise for nature lovers. Situated near Arresø, a internationally protected bird sanctuary, enriching the area with a very varied birdlife (least 105 bird species). Most of the grounds is not surrounded by real fences, why several deer move freely around the area. Other animals from the Danish fauna are seen in the area, and insects are available including partly rare butterflies. In addition to experience animals and plants at the cottage, visitors can get a more intense experience of nature from one of the 3 viewing platforms by the edge of Arresø and from the path (2 km) along the lake. Moreover, one can see benchmarks as Ramløse village, Ramløse and Annisse Churches and the peninsula Arrenæs etc. along the banks of the approx. 40 km2 large lake. Activity opportunities The active holiday-maker can exercise walking, jogging, cycling, sailing, fishing, swimming, playing golf, riding, etc. in the field or in the immediate environs. A lovely bike ride from the cottage through Tisvilde Hegn or Asserbo Plantage (Approx. 5 km) and you are either on Tisvilde or Liseleje Beach by the sea Kattegat with the unique sand dunes and some of Denmark's best beaches. (The road to the beach at Stængehus (blue flag) with large car park can be driven by car through the forest in around a quarter). A bike ride on the newly built cycle paths along Frederiksværk Way (205) through the beautiful landscapes to either Frederiksværk (7 km) or Helsinge (10 km) or around Arresø (35 km) should also be experienced.

Price interval: 255-430 €

The renting period is from Saturday to Saturday in the peak season.

Prices are inclusive of consumption of water.

Consumption of electricity cost 34 cent per kWh.

The deposit is 67 Euro/rented week.

35% of the rent and a signed lease must be paid/arrived to the landlord within 10 days after an agreement.

The remaining rent + deposit must be paid at the latest 14 days before the lease begins.
