Luxuary cottage, Hasmark, Denmark

An incredibly child-friendly luxury wooden-cottage. The house is 120m2 large and the ground is 1244m2 large. The House is from year 1997 and it is located on an enclosed garden ground in quiet surroundings, only 200 m from a good and child friendly beach. The house has a 77 m2 large wooden terrace and a lovely winter-garden. The house contains 4 bed rooms, a large kitchen living room, a bathroom with shower, heated floors, spa and sauna, a toilet and a scullery with tumble dryer and larger freezer. The kitchen has all modern needs, dish washer, refrigerator with mini freezer, microwave and cooker with ceramic hotplates.The beautifully decorated living room includes fireplace, stereo with CD player, VCR, DVD player and TV with satellite dish. For small children, high chair and child-bed is available. Outside, you will find the large wooden terrace with garden furniture’s, sun decks and barbecue, a small playground for the children with swings, sandbox, tilt and a play tower with slide. With a playhouse, fireplace and soccor goals in the backyard you have the perfect surroundings/activities for the children/family. Close to the house you will find Put & Take fishing lake, miniature golf, water land with spa and wellness, bowling centre and good shopping possibilities. Note: The house is not rented to groups of youth. Available for max. 8 adults and 1 child, and must at no time exceed this number.
