The house has an interesting architecture with high ceiling and large panorama windows that faces the terrace and garden. New furniture everywhere, TV, DVD & CD player. The kitchen has everything, including dishwasher, & microwave oven. Large bathroom with spa bath for 2-3 persons, access to sauna, toilet, and shower. Everywhere the house is equipped with floor heating. The house is situated very quietly at the end of the road. Parking and carport directly at the house. Playing area for the children in the garden. Large terrace area around the house, so you will always find a place sheltered from the wind. The house has 3 rooms all with double bed. A 4 room is arranged as an office but can be used for a child’s bed.The house is located in Jegum Ferieland, only 8 km from the Vest Coast of Denmark, max 10 min drive from several excellent beaches like Henne, houstrup and blåvand strand. Additional only 10 km from Varde city, second largest city in the region with all kinds of shopping facilities. Finally you will find not less than 2 golf courses also located within 10-15 min drive from the house
