A cosy summerhouse in the front row with ocean view

A cosy summerhouse in the front row with ocean view less than 50 meters (150 feet) to the best part of the beach in Falster. The summerhouse is located on an undisturbed natural plot in a nice quite area. The city of Marielyst is 3 km away and you can get there by walking at the beach. You can play golf at Marielyst Country & Golf Club (4 km/ 2,5 miles).You can also take the family and enjoy a day at the activity center 3 km/ 1,8 miles or the Marielyst Gocart and Paintball Center (11 km/ 6,8 miles). But You most likely will prefer to stay at home and enjoy the beach, the house and a walk in the forest up the cost but still close to the house Smoking inside the house is not allowed. In the main house are the Livingroom including a Sofa corner and a Kitchen placed in the same room, 1 Bedroom available with a double bed for to persons and the guest room has a Sofabed for one grown person or to small children. On the land is an extra guest house with 4 bunk beds seperated in 2 rooms. The guest house is included in the price.
