Außerdem wurden mehrere Räume neu gestrichen und neue Lampen installiert. Zum Haus gehören ein netter Wintergarten sowie, schöne und teilweise abgeschirmte Terrassen. Das Haus liegt nur 300 m vom beliebten Balka Strand und nicht weit vom idyllischen Fischerdorf Snogebæk entfernt.

Rauchen ist nicht zugelassen.
