Cleaning: Euro 68.00 is mandatory and must be attributed to the rental price.
Electricity: Euro 2.50 per. kWh. charged according to consumption.
Deposit: At the conclusion of the lease payment is 30% of the rental price. Rest within seven working days prior to the rental period.
Rental Period: Starts Saturday 14.00 and lasts until the following Saturday 12.00.
A shorter rental period (minimum 2 days) is of course also possible. Please contact the owner in this case.
