Charming town house in Skagen downtown
Delightful and delicious decorated house in Skagen mid-town with quiet location and close to sights and city. About 800 feet to center and Skagen Brewery is just 500 meters from the house. Here is a nice newer charming dining kitchen and bathroom with underfloor heating. Comfortable living and dining rooms with water-washed storage room as well as original planed hardwood floors and exposed ceiling beams. Morso stove for chilly evenings. On the first floor there are 3 beautiful, individually decorated bedrooms with 3 / 4 double beds and with new hardwood floors. Everything is new and nice decorated in charming Skagen style. Gorgeous, closed and secluded garden with a cozy pavilion decorated with new furniture. Outside the pavilion is a cobbled terrace where there is evening sun. There is a climbing tree, a playhouse and a sandbox for the little ones. There is a lovely large sheltered patio with new furniture. Closed garage and parking for several cars

The House can be rented from Saturday from 15 to Saturday next at 11.
Beside this there is a weekly fixed fee of 750 - 1.000 DKK for consumption depending of the time of the year. When ordering you pay the deposit of 50% of the agreed rent - the rest including the consumption is to be paid 30 days before the start of the rent.
