Vacation in the main house at Strandby Farm - a charming half-timbered farm.
The apartment consists of one end of the main house on the charming half-timbered house from 1853. It contains two bedrooms, kitchen/family-room with furnace, combined living room and entrance, bathroom with shower and toilet. Own access to courtyard and large country garden. From the apartment and the garden is directly panoramic views to Gudhjem, Baltic Sea and Christiansø. The farm is lovely secluded, quiet and rural - without odors from the neighboring use.The apartment is smoke free! It is only allowed to bring own pets by arrangement. Payment for final cleaning (400 DKK) are mandatory and included in the rent. Prior to arrival, payable 1000 DKK of the rent deposit. We only have this one apartment attached to the farm. On the farm we live a small family of five; Siffrine, Carl Holger, Alva, Jonas and Maja. In addition, our outdoor cat lives here Jokum and our dog Otto. Both cat and dog is very child friendly and affectionate. Two ponies are also expected to soon live here. Nearest shopping incl. gasoline in østerlars. Nearest beach Kobbe-, or Melsted beach. Nearest golf course (36-holes) in Rø. Nearest angler traveled coast below the coastal road, but remember the proof. I welcome to Strandby Farm.

Price interval: 342-438 €
Prices for low and high season is inclusive price for the mandatory final cleaning (400 DKK), electricity, water and heat.. Deposit (1000 DKK) of the rent is paid upfront. The balance due upon arrival.
Arrival: Saturday at 2 p.m. Departure: Saturday at 10 a.m.
