Nice summerhouse on 80 m2 with a sea view over Baltic Sea and to Christiansø. The house is lying in a quiet summerhouse area. The owner is living next door. In the living room there is a wood burning stove, colour TV with a satellite dish, DVD-player, stereo-set, internet, a new leather sofa and a dining room table with place for 4-6 pers. Nice open-plan kitchen with the things you can expect from a modern kitchen, a ceramic cooker with oven, cooker hood, a dishwasher, micro oven, coffee machine, an electric kettle, separate refrigerator and freezer units. The bathroom is with shower, wash basin with cold and hot water, a new toilet with double flush, a new washing machine and electric floor heating. Further more is there a vacuum cleaner, steam iron and ironing board, clothes-drier. There is a terrace on 40 m2 with a barbecue and garden furniture’s.At SandkÃ¥s Café (300m) you can buy fresh bread or sit on the terrace and enjoy a cup of coffee with fresh bread or just the view over the sea and coast. The same road goes to the beach where there is a bathing jetty and a child friendly strand with sand.
