Farm / Farmhouse at Hojer Renovated farmhouse, run with cows. The farmhouse is situated in a scenic area near the forest and mud flats. There are plenty of good hiking and biking in the countryside. The farmhouse is situated in quiet surroundings. There is underfloor heating in kitchen, utility room, bathroom and bedroom. Both living rooms have wooden floors. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 3 beds with mattresses or mattresses. There is carpet on in one room. Bathroom with shower. From both livingrooms there is access to south facing garden and terrace with garden furniture and Grill. There are washer and dryer. We live near many great attractions such. Schackenborg Castle Mogeltonder. Marshes where there are "black sun" and stunning scenery. Seat Prehistoric Park, Hojer Mill and Vidaa sluice, Troejborg Ruin and 15 km to the border. There are 30 miles to Romo. ! Lessor only by the week !!!!! Electricity and water incl. in the rental price Final cleaning: Costs 500 kr or tenant doing it yourself. Look at www.lojtferie.webbyen.dk
