Country house situated close to Rise by 100% renovated in 1998. The house is stratified in some nice rooms, with funny angles, in addition to making it an exciting experience, making it a good house for several families. There is a utility room with plenty of room, kitchen with all in service, two bathrooms with a spa, two lounges with fireplace, dining room and 4 rooms for 8 people + a cot (which is also buggy, stroller, highchair and pudslebord) that can seat 10 people in spisestuen.I garden features a lovely large lawn with fireplace, sandpit and 2 terrace. The garden is lovely secluded settings with views over open fields, where you feel Ærø amazing calm. The courtyard is covered with cobblestones, and there is shade under the large chestnut trees. If you are interested in sea fishing, there are good opportunities for this at the nearby beach.
